Returns and Refunds

Retail Customers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, You may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt.

Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.

Wholesale Customers

Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items and must be reported within:
• 24 hours for perishable goods
• 48 hours for non-perishable goods

No returns are accepted without prior authorisation.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days once goods are inspected and approved.
