3. Orders and Contract Formation
Orders may be placed through our website, in-store, or by authorised representatives.
A Contract is formed when You receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email or when the goods are dispatched — whichever occurs first.
All orders are subject to stock availability and Company acceptance.

reserve the right to refuse or limit orders at our discretion,
particularly in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, or abusive behaviour.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
• Retail prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
• Retail Customers: Payment is required in full at the time of order.

Wholesale Customers: Payment terms may be agreed in writing. Late
payments are subject to statutory interest under the Late Payment of
Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Ownership transfers only once full payment is received; risk passes upon delivery or collection.

5. Delivery and Collection
Delivery charges and estimated times are shown at checkout or quoted for wholesale orders.
Delivery times are estimates only — SK Store is not responsible for delays outside its control.
Deliveries
are made to the address specified by the Customer. If delivery cannot
be completed, redelivery or storage fees may apply.
Click &
Collect: You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded at the
Company’s discretion.

6. Minimum Orders (Wholesale)
Wholesale orders may be subject to a minimum order value or delivery surcharge, which will be confirmed before acceptance.

7. Returns and Refunds
Retail Customers
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, You may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.
Wholesale Customers
Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items and must be reported within:
• 24 hours for perishable goods
• 48 hours for non-perishable goods
No returns are accepted without prior authorisation.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days once goods are inspected and approved.

by third-party manufacturers, importers, and brand owners.
• We do not manufacture, modify, or alter any of the products we sell.

Our responsibility is limited to ensuring products are stored, handled,
and supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s or supplier’s
recommendations.
• Provided that We have stored and supplied products
in line with such recommendations, We cannot be held liable for any
defect, damage, injury, or loss arising from the use or misuse of the
products.
• Any claims relating to product quality, performance,
safety, or composition must be directed to the manufacturer or brand
owner.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for
death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability
that cannot legally be excluded under English law.
• For wholesale
transactions, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value
of the goods supplied under the relevant order.

11. Conduct
Abusive or threatening behaviour toward SK Store staff, drivers, or representatives will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts in such cases.
