MUGHUL Bakorkhani (Sweet Paratha)

A thick, spiced, sweet, and layered flatbread originating from the Mughal era, particularly popular in Dhaka and Kashmir. It has a biscuit-like, crispy exterior with a soft, flaky interior, often made with ghee, milk, sugar, and sometimes cardamom or saffron. Traditionally baked in a tandoor, it is enjoyed with tea or kebabs.
